Westlake Pharmacy

This is to the “sick” guy (right above me) who posted the last review on here: Didn’t you see/read their description? It clearly says they are a closed-door, long-term care pharmacy….Meaning, that they are a specialized pharmacy that exclusively serves residents in nursing homes, assisted living, hospice, or correctional facilities, rather than the general public. That’s probably the reason why they acted ‘weird’ when you pulled up trying to force your way into the door, lol.. Duh! :-P

I came here to fill my prescription after being very sick. They require you to ring the video doorbell to be let in. When I did, two employees, one male and one female, stood up, looked at me, and then walked over to their light switch and turned it off so I could no longer see them. They did all of this without saying a single word to me, leaving me standing there wondering if it was some kind of joke. The only joke I see here is this company. I immediately changed my pharmacy because that is not how you treat people. What they did was completely wrong.
