Walgreens

Today, around 6:08 PM, someone attempted to make a purchase using my debit card information, but thankfully, the transaction was declined. I contacted my bank and was able to determine the general area where the charge occurred. After reaching out to the first Walgreens, their management kindly provided me with information after reviewing their footage based on the time I gave them. However, when I contacted the second location, I encountered poor customer service and a confrontational atmosphere with the management while asking a few questions to help identify the individual involved. The manager was not only rude in his responses, but when I expressed my concerns about his tone, he seemed to become more aggressive. I strongly advise using cash as a form of payment at this location. If your information is stolen, their response is unhelpful, and they seem to dismiss the situation, telling you to file a police report instead of offering assistance.

I am absolutely appalled with what I saw uh this store yesterday. I honestly don’t know what was going on, but I know that I had never felt more uncomfortable inside of a store. There’s absolutely zero reason whatsoever for what I saw. Should have never gone on, no matter what there’s excuse period.... There was a homeless kid apparently stealing some stuff in there however, the manager was grabbing him while the kid was screaming to get off of him. Let me mind you this was inside of the store in the aisles... Well, this was happening in the security guard was videotaping it on his phone and smiling... Let me see the only thing that I saw this kid stealing was a pack of toilet paper.... I'm so grossed out....

All the items are In the wrong areas. It can be in clearance still the wrong item it's so annoying it's most annoying thing. I brought a wrist brace thinking it's 13.99 no it was 23.99 which i didn't notice til I saw the receipt and another item which was body wash Walgreens brand it was mark at 3.29 now is it 6.50. The cashier was rude he was tall young Hispanic male. He looked annoyed I just asked him can you take off the body wash he ended up taking something else off that I wanted. Which was soft soap antibacterial hand soap that was on clearance he confused the heck out of me. He ended up taking it off and throwing it hard into a basket

Would give 0 if I could. Went to ship something at the FedEx inside and no one knew anything. I know how to use the internet to ship something, but generating the QR code wasn’t working on my end. When I asked for help, no one knew what they were looking it. It didn’t help that they also didn’t know if they had wifi because the internet connection inside was so weak my FedEx page wasn’t loading properly. Looks like all they know is how to scan a QR code and stare blankly in silence. Very unhelpful.

Staffs at the pharmacy were pleasant and accommodating. The pharmacist took time to explain each of the medicines to be taken and not feeling rushed. Thank you!
