Amazing staff, each and every one of them. From pharmacist to pharmacy tech, every single staff memeber I’ve interacted with has been kind, helpful, and efficient. Every time I have to go to another pharmacy for any reason I’m reminded of how much I love this cvs. Even if I move I’ll be driving long distance specifically to come here. On a 5 star scale I’d give them a 10 if I could
I'm a Filipino and it's so nice to be meeting and getting helped by the friendliest Filipino staff. She was quick and was able to troubleshoot and helped with our appointment! She made our check in nice. The pharmacy manager was also really accommodating and quick. We had a great experience!!
Annoyed. Mainly at a pharmacy tech(Latina-important detail) because she couldn’t get my name right. Having a bad day I understand but I had to repeat my name 3 to 4 times. Very easy name. First name is a simple common name found in the United States. She could not believe my name was my name. Had to ask her what the heck is the problem with my name. I encountered racism in this country too and don’t appreciate racism and stupidity from her. She apologized for her stupidity but it was insincere.
Pharmacist do fine probably because they are better educated or because they’re skin color is the same as mine (Asian). Pharmacist do try hard, manager pharmacist efficient but stressed. Other pharmacist calmer, remembers me (maybe not my name), but a bit stressed too. Other pharmacist techs (POC) don’t think either.
Only good is pharmacists do try but the pharmacy techs really have issues with stupidity and racism (too many POC I have met act like they aren’t racist and prejudice).
CVS needs to hire better people or do something about teaching Respect!
All sorts of home products along with medicines are available. Very spacious and big store. No dedicated parking but on the road itself. Wheelchair access to the stores is available.
CVS pharmacy is excellent & systematic in handling & serving clients with their medication needs.
I am notified through text that my meds are ready for pick up..
Once inside the pharmacy, the staff is polite & promptly entertained me.
I have observed the staff’s efficiency & speed in preparing the medication.
The medicines are properly labeled on the bottles, the pharmacist attaching the drug literature to each medication .
Sometimes, the pharmacist gives special instructions on certain drugs printed in bold letters separate from the attached drug literatures ensuring the safety of the clients as to the side effects of the medication.
