very friendly. knows very well how to handle the patients in critical sitiuation. His kidney stone removal staff of doctors are good. But Mir Reza Kamal in this field is exceptional and out standing.
Great experience at Apollo Hospital, Kolkata. My sister had three kidney stones and with 3 stays of 7,3,1 Days respectively she is now completely fine and her reports are all clear. Special mention goes to the team and specifically Dr. Swati under the advice of Dr. Kamal at Apollo, they're doing a great job.
One thing about sharing the experience is that, the next time you think that 2,3 times staying at hospitals are not necessary and the doctor/hospitals are fooling you by making more money out of you, man!! Don't doubt them, let them do their jobs and follow up frequently by meeting with the doctor, and go to them by yourself, don't wait for them to come to meet you everyday, because they need to take care of multiple patients in a day and they're the busy ones. Nonetheless, it was a great experience and we're utmost grateful.
Service is too bad, doctor's always comes late mean 5 to 6 hours late specially "Dr. Meer reza kamal" in Islamiya hospital he pay attention only OT patient for collect more and more money.
If the management wants doing something right or better then pay attention on doctor's time table.
Due to increasing such core issues patient get suffered and more time, money consumed to reach their home back.
Recently I got admitted in royd nursing home for the GB stone operation for my experience he is good in nature talk softly with the patient but he never come on time never check patient properly after OT never recv cl evn his assistant also nvr pick cl... pls dnt visit if u r looking to visit his chmbr
