A doctor with degree but no time for patients.
If you are consulting him dont expect him to discuss the treatment process or what went wrong. He will just suggest tests, write medicines and ask you to revisit after some time.
We consulted him, when we were planning for a baby. He was irregular, mostly late and made us run to the farthest corner of the city for tests and planned check ups (from SN Banerjee road to Sector 5).
Goes on a vacation without any deputy or back up doctor to whom one can refer for the planned/regular check up.
Once he was on one such vacation, we called him to ask if we can take an appointment with his dad (who also happens to be a well known gynaecologist and a gem of a person), in his absence, for the planned titanus jab and my wife's regular check up, he rudely replied, "do as you like at your own risk" and disconnected the call.
Later we consulted with Dr. Kaushik Dutta at RSV hospital and we are glad that we took this decision.
Patients don't care if you have a degree from London. Rather be punctual and take time to listen to your patients, discuss the treatment process and the findings to treat them right. This is why we pay you the consultation fee!
We do not pay you to listen to your rude lectures & arrogance! If you dont have time, stop taking appointments for new patients as simple as that!

Extremely rude, ignorant and unprofessional doctor. He's clearly behind on current evidence based practice and research on menopause.
The interaction felt rushed and condescending rather than supportive or patient-centred. Would not recommend to anyone seeking up-to-date and compassionate menopause care.
