First and foremost, the doctor is the highlight of this hospital, and that really reflects in how the entire staff behaves. They’re all extremely polite, they answer every single question with a smile, and no one ever acts rude. The doctor is incredibly understanding, cooperative, and kind. They never get annoyed, even if you ask a couple of extra questions, and they always respond warmly. Also, they’re not business-minded at all—they don’t overcharge, and the whole atmosphere is just really welcoming. And on top of all that, we’re especially grateful because after four and a half years, my wife has finally conceived. This hospital and the doctor made it possible, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we received.
