The first point of contact i.e the appointment person should be polite and of welcoming nature. Their first impression was so bad as I called for enquiry and the girl answered in very irritated manner. Why should I proceed further? The person who works in the psychiatry clinic should have an empathetic nature and should not talk in an impolite manner as the patient can be already emotionally weak and instead of healing, at first step it triggers his problem. Hope so they will improve.

After interning here for a month, i noticed a lot of things. Firstly, Dr.Nisarg shah is really patient, broad minded and really easy to talk to. His patients seemed quite satisfied and his treatment works as well. Secondly, the ambience is nice and not very congested. Thirdly, because he is good at explaining things, he is a good person to come to when needed guidance and help. Had a good experience here.
