I want to share my bad experience with Eye Q. When we asked about the price, they said it was ₹4500 per eye for cash payment. But when we used mediclaim, they charged ₹5000 per eye. On top of that, the hospital added ₹850 as a processing fee. I don’t understand why we had to pay ₹850 extra when the mediclaim price was already ₹1000 more than the cash price. I asked the hospital to waive the ₹850 fee, but the staff gave a direct reply saying it was already explained and that the fee is mandatory. I believe that claim processing should help the customer. For a brand like Eye Q, small things like this matter a lot for good customer experience. I am very disappointed by this situation.
