Dr. INS Hospital, a dedicated healthcare professional at INS Hospital with expertise in Neurologist. Dr. INS Hospital is committed to providing compassionate and personalized care to enhance your well-being.

This hospital is very bad. The doctor and staff do not respond and are robbing the patient by making him sleep like this. The doctor is not good. They do not talk to the relatives of the patient in a proper manner. Our money is wasted. It would be better to go to another small hospital than this.
There are more chances of you breaking a bone here, people pushing each other, no proper ramp or wheelchair service. Absolute circus. No one knows whats happening. It's more like a shopping mall or chowk bazaar shop. There are better alternatives. I ended up calling my doctor to get alternative scan place, which was so nice and managed.
It has one of the worst management systems I have ever seen in a healthcare facility. The staff does not properly inquire about the patients’ symptoms. The doctor’s assistant collects the symptoms and patient history mechanically, like a robot, without conducting any proper diagnosis. The main doctor spends only two to five minutes with each patient after making them wait for three to four hours. They have implemented a ridiculous policy stating that all test reports will be reviewed only after 6 PM (which is written in gujarati somewhere, difficult to understand for non-gujarati person). As a result, a patient who completes an MRI at 3 PM must wait another three hours for a one-minute diagnosis by the doctor. Even during that brief consultation, the doctor hardly pays attention and often speaks irrelevant things. Shockingly, they were ready to administer an unnecessary injection just because we mentioned that the patient was having a headache while waiting to show the report for another three hours. The staff seems completely unaware of what is happening within the management. The only language used by the staff is Gujarati, which causes communication issues for many patients. One particular staff member is especially rude towards patients. The doctor consults more than 70 patients in a single day. There should be a limit on how many patients a doctor can see, or they should consider training more doctors in the same field. Apart from the treatment and facilities, nothing else is satisfactory in that hospital. The charges are unaffordable for middle-class families. Even after paying such high fees, the time and care provided to patients are far from acceptable. We had to pay ₹2700 for an emergency case, only to wait until evening for a one-minute consultation. Even during that one minute, there was unnecessary chattering and a complete lack of focus.
My experience with Dr. Manoi Satyawani was extremely disappointing. He is very rude in talking with patients, It felt like he is checking patients in a government hospital, despite he is charging the fees of 1800/- and saying he is not having time for checking patient properly and saying to patients that we are wasting his time. The OPD timing for the hospital is from 10.30 am And he is reporting at 11.00 am And than also making late in checking the patients and using such words that patient is wasting his time. It's clear that his priority is not patient well-being but rather maximizing profit. I would strongly advise anyone to seek a more compassionate and patient-focused doctor who prioritizes health over money. Dr. Manoj Satyawani is just a mannerless doctor who don't know how to talk to patients. The words used by Dr. Manoj Satyawani were if you yourself are a doctor than why are you visiting me. And the words to be added that By doing MRI you will not die that to in a rude and bad tone with a patient. And stating that patient is wasting his time. I have never seen such a mannerless and a doctor with such a bad behavior. I will Highly recommend to doctor's association that they should look into the past complaints also done by other's for the same doctor Dr. Manoj Satyawani And should cancel the license of such mannerless doctor. And should be sent to rehab for treatment and should be taught how to talk with patients.
My father was admitted to INS Surat for a severe stroke and was on a ventilator for about a week before he unfortunately passed away. Dr. Manoj Satyawani deserves some credit, he was attentive, and took the time to explain everything in detail. However, the experience after my father’s passing was absolutely horrendous. The 4th floor ICU staff has zero communication skills and no sense of empathy. What they said would take one hour turned into a 3+ hour nightmare, with family members being sent up and down repeatedly for leftover medicines, bill payments, more medicines, and a deposit for wrapping sheets, none of which was communicated upfront. To top it off, as we were leaving with my father’s body near the elevator, they decided that was the appropriate moment to explain we’d need to return the sheets to collect our ₹2,000 deposit. A grieving family deserves better than this disorganized, dehumanizing runaround. The doctors may be good, but the support staff desperately needs training in basic process coordination and human decency.
