Dr. Kiran Multi Super Speciality Hospital, a dedicated healthcare professional at Kiran Multi Super Speciality Hospital with expertise in Gastroenterologist. Dr. Kiran Multi Super Speciality Hospital is committed to providing compassionate and personalized care to enhance your well-being.

My overall experience at Kiran Hospital was good, but there are several important areas where the hospital needs to improve to provide better comfort and satisfaction to patients and their families. What’s Good: The doctors are knowledgeable, kind, and treat patients with professionalism and care. The ward boys are very helpful, polite, and always available when needed. The cleanliness and hygiene of rooms and wards are excellent, which gives a positive environment. The emergency bell system is a good feature that ensures patient safety. What Needs Improvement: Some nurses do their work just as a formality, without showing genuine care or attention toward the patients. The security guards, especially on the ground and first floors, behave rudely with patients and their attendants. One of the ground floor security guards, prav, misbehaves even when politely approached by patients or their families. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in a healthcare environment. The language issue is a major concern. Many staff members and nurses speak only Gujarati, and even when someone talks in Hindi (India’s national language), they respond in Gujarati instead of trying to understand or help in Hindi. The hospital management should ensure that staff ask patients which language they are comfortable with before speaking. Communication is very important in patient care, and this language barrier creates unnecessary stress. When the emergency bell is pressed, the response is slow — usually only the ward boy comes and stops the bell without checking the patient’s actual condition. This needs serious attention from the hospital management. Final Thoughts: Kiran Hospital is a good, clean, and well-equipped hospital with skilled doctors and supportive ward staff. However, to improve the overall experience, the hospital must work on: Improving staff behaviour (especially security guards) Training nurses to show more care and empathy, Ensuring multilingual communication (especially in Hindi), Improving emergency response time.

Kiran Hospital Surat is one of the most trusted multi-speciality hospitals in the city. The hospital is clean, well-managed and equipped with modern medical facilities. Doctors are experienced and explain everything clearly. Staff behaviour is polite and supportive, especially in emergency situations. The waiting time can be a little long during peak hours, but overall the service quality and treatment satisfaction are very good. The hospital maintains good hygiene and follows proper patient-care protocols. ✔️ Good medical facilities ✔️ Experienced doctors ✔️ Supportive staff ✔️ Clean and hygienic ✔️ Transparent process Overall, it’s a reliable hospital for quality treatment in Surat.
i from of Mozambique, The hospital has good service and good equipment, and the professionals inspire confidence in your treatment. When they detect a serious problem in your body, they give you all possible options to solve the problem. I leave this hospital very satisfied, and the hospital itself has accommodation for visitors with their companions and a cafeteria with super healthy food. At first it was difficult to get used to the type of food, but then I grew to like it and I will miss everything I experienced here. The staff are very attentive and caring towards their patients.
This hospital is not for NRI's if your non veg don't come here they only serve vegetarian food which does not make the healing process any faster. All doctor and nurses are very responsible and good at what they do. But the ground floor staff and cooks and other don't even speak English only Hindi or some other language. The officers are rude and not helpful except for the one on the 10th floor that one will help you. I forgot the officer name but he will help you if have room up there. Another item that needs to be added is the wheel accessibility they need to have them available on all 12 floors not only the ground floor because not everybody is going to know where to get them.
