No stars are worthy giving even in review worst place i have been ever Literally my face my skin got ruined after coming here they increased my issue rather than solving it If you can not solve it you should have said no but they took the money for treatment and ruined my face not at all worthy to spend even a penny here prople please be ware before coming here

Treatment was really comfortable. Hot best treatment by monica jethwa. Must recommend everyone for skin or hair treatment. Geet place with great ambience.

Wouldn't even give a 1 star as they don't a communication skills and very rude to approach , they were the one to force to go at Katargam branch even tho my very first treatment started from a mota varachha branch and its way easier for me to get treatment done at mota varaccha as i used to live there. He also says that those are old machines and it transferred to a Katargaam branch ,so according to him those people are getting treatment with basic and downgrade equipment.he also contrast his own statements by saying there's no difference between other branch's treatment and here.then why would you not let a person have a treatment at another branch and forcing them to go back to katargaam? moreover,i had to leave a country and had to get a treatment done prior to it but they don't care and don't even understand if you don't get one.and after all these drama they had an audacity to tell me this nonsense after keeping me wait for an hour.it doesn't work like that . you should respect other people's time and money.it won't take you so far by not caring or disrespecting of it. when it comes to a result of a tretment , i would not recommend it to anyone as no results and when tried to talk about it , the answer is those are an old laser machines , if you want you can pay more and switch to a new machine's treatment .that was not a part of my lifetime plan of hair removal treatment . so if the old machine wasn't working for me they should put me on a new one or else shouldn't be fake promising or guarantee at first. and it didn't only happen to me , there were my couple of cousins too where treatment didn't go well instead their skin colour got darker.

I visited here 2 months ago for my pimple treatment and within a month i got excelent results from Navadiya....☺️
