Very poor customer service. There was no seating arrangement for waiting customers, and the receptionist, Mrs. Pearl Dastur, displayed highly unprofessional behavior. This experience left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope the management takes serious steps to address such unprofessional conduct of Mrs Pearl Dastur. Highly not recommended.

I think this is the only place in the Surat area OR South Gujarat for medical check up and vaccination for foreign visitors. So it's a compulsory visit. Overall experience is good. Place is compact - need some spacious arrangement.

The way they spoke was rude and insulting. There was no professionalism or respect for patients. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

I visited Apollo Clinic for an annual health checkup and had a very disappointing experience. The clinic was extremely crowded with visa applicants, making it chaotic and uncomfortable. There was no proper guidance or clear process, and patients were called in random order. The environment felt poorly managed, and communication between departments was weak, leading to confusion and delays. Overall, not recommended for health checkups.
