I am writing this review to share my worst experience & nightmare of my life so that other patients, especially younger and unmarried individuals, can make an informed decision.
My relative was facing urinary issues and was initially advised by a doctor in Gurgaon that it could be a stricture. For a second opinion, we consulted Dr. Ashish Saini, who conducted RGU and flexible cystoscopy and diagnosed a high bladder neck (BNI). He explained the condition in detail and advised surgery, highlighting urgency. We were satisfied with the consultation and proceeded with pre-surgery blood tests.
Before going ahead with the surgery (scheduled for the very next day), I decided to seek another opinion and consulted Dr. Rahul Gupta, Head of Urology at Medanta Noida. After reviewing the case, he strongly advised against surgery, especially since the patient is young and unmarried. He explained that such surgery is generally avoided before age of 45-50 and after obtaining parenthood. He has advised medicine instead of surgery.
I was shocked as I took Dr. Ashish Saini quite intelligent & impressive doctor but for him every patient is money making machine without thinking about their future.
I am also writing to Medical council of India that how they are allowing this thing to happen by a qualified doctor & being promoted on Youtube which is not safe for young patients.
I could have not written this review but I thought this is my moral responsibility as GOD has saved me from something which could have gone wrong by this Doctor Ashish Saini.
I strongly urge anyone considering surgical intervention to take a second or even third opinion, ask about long-term consequences, and understand all non-surgical options before making a decision & going into his trap.
