We had a very smooth and reassuring experience at Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh under Dr. Waheedu Zaman. The treatment was done in a proper planned manner , first ureter dilation with stent, then RIRS, and finally easy stent removal. Everything was explained clearly and done step-by-step. The surgery went very smoothly but post-operative care by nursing staff could have done bit better, may be because of work load nevertheless Dr. Waheedu Zaman and his team were calm, professional, and supportive throughout. Special thanks to Coordinator Mishika for excellent coordination and guidance from admission to discharge. Overall, very satisfied and highly recommended for kidney stone treatment.
