I had a very frustrating experience with Dr. Shitij Bali. The prescription he provided was completely illegible, and I couldn't make out what was written. When I called his office to ask for clarification, I was met with an extremely rude and unhelpful attitude. Not only did he refuse to decipher the prescription, but he also ended the call abruptly after speaking harshly.
Additionally, he insisted on getting the ultrasound and X-ray done at a specific laboratory that seemed to be his personal recommendation. It felt very unprofessional and disconcerting, especially when I simply wanted to make sure I was following the correct medical instructions.
Overall, I was left feeling very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication, professionalism, and courtesy. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone based on my experience.
Dr Shitij Bali is an excellent surgeon & Doctor. Very soft spoken & very caring. He treated me for very severe urine infection.
He explains everything & takes care to listen to your questions very kindly.

A family member referred for consultation. After handing them the regular illegible prescription one may come to expect of doctors, in an obvious attempt to force them to take the tests at his own clinic, the doctor refused to explain the prescription on call. Add to it the absence of organised personnel to take such calls and the extremely rude tone the doctor addressed my family, I’d not recommend him to anyone.
One of the best doctors till I have visited to consult. I think some reviews are by their haters. You can trust Dr. Shitij blindly. He is a saviour and most importantly sir's behaviour is too good. May Allah bless you, sir.
An amazing, amiable and professional Doctor. Always ready to help. The staff as well as the doctor are very kind and of a sweet nature. They are a team of compassionate and intelligent people who care about their patients and go to extreme lengths to help them recover and take care of them. Will always 10/10 recommend.
