Dr. Dharmendra Singh is an excellent doctor. Before consulting him, we had shown my brother to many doctors, but his condition didn’t improve anywhere. He used to overthink a lot, was afraid of using the elevator, feared going into crowds, and wouldn’t stand alone anywhere. He always felt scared that he might die. He kept undergoing heart tests repeatedly, visiting cardiologists, who would prescribe another cardiac test, and he would get it done multiple times. He was even admitted to the hospital several times. We were troubled for three to four years. Then a friend told us about Dr. Dharmendra Singh. We took treatment from him, and today, my brother is completely fine.

I really thank Dr. Dharmendra for guiding, counseling and supporting me in my biggest downfall. We don't generally discuss but Post Partum Depression is real. It's really important that you reach to a good doctor as my initial experience with the previous doctor was disappointing. She was too professional and didn't guide me in the best way. And then my husband researched and found Sir. Not only he boosted my confidence but my medicines are gradually decreasing. So it is a blessing to be medicated under sir.

I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor/clinic. Despite being in a vulnerable state and seeking psychiatric help, I was only sent a prescription through an assistant, with no explanation of my diagnosis, test results, or why certain medicines were prescribed. After repeated follow-ups for clarity, instead of receiving professional support, I was met with rudeness. Shockingly, the assistant even called me “badtameez” for simply sharing feedback. Mental health care requires empathy, patience, and clear communication, not avoidance or insults. Patients deserve respect, transparency, and dignity — especially when they are struggling. I hope this feedback helps others make informed choices, and I truly wish the clinic reflects on the importance of compassion in psychiatric care.
