Overall, the experience here has been more than satisfactory. A good friend's 13-yr. old daughter had a small surgery scheduled and it went well, the staff was professional and Dr. Varshani Shankar ma'am is someone who knows her job fabulously well. She made the entire surgery proceds go truly well. Thank you, ma'am. There's ample waiting space for your family members to wait, there are a couple of small eateries on the ground floor (outside) where you can sit, wait and probably eat a bite as well. Or if you prefer, you can wait inside in AC. There's a canteen on the 4th floor as well. Hygeine was top notch and nothing really to complain about when it comes to overall experience with Shroff Eye Clinic. Note: It is barely 200m walk from the Kailash Colony metro station, which is a huge positive point.
