Poor management. I visited for an eye infection that required prompt medical attention. Despite arriving at 10:00 AM, I was only seen by a doctor at 1:53 PM. Advance payment was taken at the time of registration, which made it difficult to leave despite the long delay. I was scheduled to consult Dr. Avni but was instead reassigned to Dr. Gunjan without any prior communication. The prolonged waiting time was especially difficult given the pain and discomfort involved. If you choose this hospital, be prepared for a wait of at least 3–4 hours.
