But now, what I witnessed was the complete opposite—aggression, arrogance, and an obsession with money. My initial interaction was decent until he assumed I had insurance and tried to exploit it. My sister was showing potential CSF leak symptoms, yet he deliberately mentioned unrelated symptoms—just to justify expensive tests and extract insurance money. When I clarified that her corporate insurance might not even be active (since she had just joined the company), his attitude flipped instantly. He began suggesting unnecessary procedures, each with hidden costs. They even called it a “package,” but charged separately for every single item. For example, they billed ₹16,000 for CT cisternography and then another ₹7,000 for lumbar puncture—something usually included in the scan cost elsewhere, this is just an example I had to pay 70000 just for one day admission (obviously to extract insurance money) and tests,no treatment was provided. The doctor was impatient and dismissive whenever we sought reassurance. His team was equally insensitive and poorly trained. When the test results came back normal, I requested discharge since I was paying out of pocket. Instead of providing clarity, he prescribed antibiotics without any infection being present. When questioned, he responded rudely, often distracted by his phone during patient consultations. Dear Doctor, this is not a joke. Patients come to you in fear and panic—it is your responsibility to reassure them, calm them, and guide them with sensitivity. Instead, your arrogance and money-minded approach only deepen their distress. Behind the professional title, you behave more like a profiteer than a healer. I sincerely wish that karma teaches you humility, compassion, and grounds you with the sensitivity that every patient deserves.
