My first time experience was very bad. Most people visit after viewing reviews. I waited for more than 2 hours. It was a small procedure but took this much time. Highly unprofessional and irresponsible staff. They ask me to go to different room for a checkup. After 40 mins, when I called out, they literally told me that 'hum bhool gye the ap andar h'. I mean seriously, so slow staff. About Doctor, I can't judge her in first instance, she is a doctor who saves lives. But she should also understand that someone who is waiting for her also has family, small kids at home. Please value other's time as well. Seriously so frustrated with the behavior. First time I have ever heard of submitting money first before checkup, fir chahe tumko hm jitna marzi wait krwa skte h kyuki ab tumne pese bhar diye, bina ilaaj krwaye tum jaoge nhi. This was the attitude of whole staff. Can't express how I felt. Worst experience. Will never visit again and do not recommend to other people as well.
