Extremely bad experience in visit to the doctor. We had an appointment with the doctor which was confirmed for 7 PM. Since I and my wife work at Gurgaon, we started at 5 PM to ensure that we reach in time given it is rainy season. However inspite of reaching in time, we had to wait for 1 hour before we returned back without seeing the doctor. Upon reaching, we were asked to sit in waiting area by the reception guy. After waiting for 15 minutes we checked with him on how much time it would take to which he said that there is a patient inside and we are next. The patient came out at 7:45 PM alongwith the lady who had fixed our appointment. However, even then we were not allowed to see the doctor and advised to wait further. Upon telling that we came in at 7 PM, the lady curiously said - "did you come at 7 PM?" As if she was unaware. After this discussion she also went back inside the doctor's room and we continued to wait. We finally left at 8 PM. Only to start getting calls from the clinic at 8:03 PM which we did not take. Overall, the worst experience of any doctor's visit till now.
