I had booked an appointment well in advance and still had to wait for over 2–3 hours. They charge ₹2,000 in advance billing, which makes the long wait even more frustrating.
While Dr. JPS Sawhney is excellent and experienced, the hospital staff is extremely rude. When politely asked about the long wait, they responded very unprofessionally.
The doctor deserves respect, but the hospital management and staff behavior need serious improvement.
If you’re visiting, be prepared for a long wait — despite booking.

I don’t understand how he is considered an experienced doctor.
My mother’s heart pumping capacity has been reduced to 25% for the past nine months. We have been consulting Dr. Sawhney for the last 10 years whenever she fell ill. During this time, she frequently experienced breathing issues. I repeatedly asked him about the root cause of her condition and the recurring nature of her illness, but he never provided a clear explanation. Instead, he kept increasing the dosage of existing medicines and adding new ones.
Recently, I consulted another cardiologist, who informed us that her condition is severe and that her heart is functioning far below the normal pumping capacity. Had we not sought a second opinion, her condition might have deteriorated further. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Dr. Sawhney to anyone.
One of the best doctors I have come across such humble human being so experienced and way he treat each and every patient is remarkable God bless him with healthy health stay blessed always
not a tall professionally managed staff, never take on-line appointment for check-up, Dr JPS Sawhney does not give proper time even, i researched lot about this dr but may he is gone old age now so dr is not much worried about your health.
