He is one of the best doctors and always helped me out in the worst times(whenever I had acidity issues or stomach ulcers).
Whether it's day or night, a holiday or anything, but if I was unwell, he has always consulted and guided me correctly.

I visited Dr. Prasanna Shah about a year ago for complains about my gut health. I am still receiving treatment under him. My first interaction was extremely positive. He was patient, calm & understanding. He is one of the few doctors that do not dismiss your concerns, no matter how trivial they seem to sound. Dr. Shah's step by step treatment has gotten my gut health to a much better place than it was before I met him. Dr. Prasanna puts your mind at ease & is a very good conversationalist.
The staff at Aayushi GI Care Clinic, Rita & Nandini is very caring & friendly, they always make you feel comfortable. All processes, including taking an appointment, are run smoothly. I would particularly like to mention, how they chose to type out the prescription, even file it for us, much easier to understand & follow through. I am glad I have Dr. Prasanna Shah as my gastroenterologist.
