Visited today with 2 kids in high grade temprature, Dr Neeru was polite enough but her nurse is extremely insensitive and rude.
My kids were not able to sit and were shivering in fever the nurse is asked me to take kids out and stand as she wanted other kids to be accommodated for next billing.
The Nurse (BAD and not fit to a pediatric Nurse) kept on cribbing in my ears to walk out soon which was highly insulting and unbelievable. Inspite by bill was 6000/-
I was made to pay via bank transfer as Gpay was not available. So paying was also a hassle with to sick kids who were asked to stand outside for making space for others. Cashless here is pointless. Wasted my rs6000/- but good learning.
Thank God, Dr. Samdhani was on second floor I went there and my kids were given good time, care and attention.

This review is based on my recent visit to the doctor. I took my two granddaughters for a check up because we wanted to get a second opinion. As a doctor, she did not even have the time or the courtesy to listen to us and our queries she just did her own routine check up, did not listen to our concerns, and at the end she wrote cities of test to be done for my youngest granddaughter. When we asked her what test need to be done, she said everything is written on the paper we were in and out in no time, showing both my granddaughters, and in the meantime, while we were there, she was in a super rush to attend to other patients and also checking her messages on the phone. We found her extremely rude. No empathy towards the patient concerns. I would not recommend this doctor again. Also note, her consultation fees are extremely expensive. She charged us ₹ 6000 for not even addressing the reason why we were there. Do anyone considering this doctor please do your due diligence I would recommend finding better pediatricians who would give time and do justice to handle your kids.
We’ve had our daughter go to Dr Vithalani the past 7 years now. Eyes closed the best Paediatric doctor. I would trust her diagnosis and opinion eyes closed. She’s come to our rescue more times than I can remember.
It’s a30 years experience it a excellent dr I will go with my son treatment and now my grand son
