I have had migraine for years but only if i spend time out in harsh sunlight or smell perfumes for long.
I moved to Canada 2 years ago and had headaches every morning and sometimes I would wake up crying. I visited doctors but they just gave me pain killers and no diagnosis.
I started sleeping with humidifier on but would still had migraine attacks. I suffered constantly for 2 years so much that I was scared to fall asleep and would impact my daily routine and work too. I tried dipping my feet in hot water and put ice pack on my head but it's temporary relief.
