Using new suction access sheath and new Surgical basket each time (other Urologist reuse them leading to infection) 2. All instruments are from Germany (Richard Wolf) and sterilized using plama sterilizer (Sterrad) to prevent infections. (Other urologist dip instruments in cidex solution and perform surgery) 3. Stents and guidewire are imported from US (Cook or Boston scientific) which are US FDA and CE approved. 4. He uses Ho:YAG laser from Lumeins which is the best and approved for medical use. (Most Urologist will use Thulium fibre laser which is not approved by US FDA / CE) This increases the cost of surgery with providing the best quality of surgery. I am convinced to my heart that Dr. Samir Bagadia has always the best interest of patient in his thoughts and actions.
