Extremely Disappointed with Dr. Malav Modi I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Modi. He came across as highly money-minded and lacking basic professional etiquette. While I was trying to speak, he was distracted—scrolling on his phone, which felt incredibly disrespectful. What upset me even more was the clear bias in how patients were treated. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was made to wait while another patient—who seemed to have a personal reference—was allowed to walk in without any prior booking. It made me feel like those of us who follow the system and book appointments are being taken for granted. It appears that Dr. Modi gives preferential treatment to people with influence or connections, which is deeply unfair and unprofessional. I would strongly urge others to think twice before consulting him, especially if you expect equal and respectful treatment.
