DR. ANAND UTTURE, a dedicated healthcare professional at DR. ANAND UTTURE with expertise in Urologist. DR. ANAND UTTURE is committed to providing compassionate and personalized care to enhance your well-being.

This one of the sharpest minds in the field of urology in Mumbai and probably all of India. The clinic is a quaint little place that time forgot in Mahim with very eager staff. We went to him with a UTI problem for a really old person with other issues. No other doctor could diagnose the persistent condition. Dr.Utture triangulated this with two advanced tests. Immediate relief for the first time in two years. We are grateful. Can’t repay his kindness in any other way than to acknowledge and thank him.

Most pathetic doctor i have ever seen. For a stone of 3.5mm size he suggested a surgery. Post recommendation from all the other urologist my father in law was able to get better without any surgery. He is just money minded and not a advisable doctor. Below reply to Anand Utture's note: Dear Doctor, I have received your note and find your assessment of my father-in-law’s condition to be as medically exaggerated as your billing. Since you questioned my "facts," let us look at the objective clinical reality that has transpired in the last 18 hours—none of which supports your dire "kidney failure" narrative: The "Creatinine" Fallacy: You suggested his kidney function was at risk. However, his creatinine has dropped from 1.41 mg/dL to 1.19 mg/dL overnight without your surgical intervention. To claim a patient is on the brink of failure while their numbers are actively normalizing via conservative management is a massive clinical overreach. Textbook Contradictions: You cited "standard Urology textbooks," yet seem to have ignored the most basic protocol: stones under 4 mm are traditionally managed with a 7-day observation period (Medical Expulsive Therapy). Your insistence on an immediate, high-risk surgery for a 3.8mm stone within 18 hours is not "standard care"—it is aggressive and unnecessary. The 400% Markup: Your quote of ₹6,00,000 for a procedure that is priced between ₹50,000 and ₹1,50,000 at every other reputable hospital in India is, frankly, absurd. This pricing model suggests that your "forceful" recommendation for surgery is based on financial targets rather than clinical necessity. Professional Conduct: Your comments regarding my work schedule and the duration of our phone call are entirely irrelevant and unprofessional. As a doctor, your focus should be on accurate diagnosis—not counting the minutes of a phone call to distract from a flawed assessment. My father-in-law is currently improving and pain-free because we chose to follow evidence-based medicine rather than the high-pressure sales pitch we received at your clinic. We will not be requiring your services further.
