Disappointing experience with Dr's team. My brother traveled from Baroda to Mumbai with his son who has seizure attacks, seeking the doctor's expertise. Despite multiple follow-ups with assistant Shraddha, we couldn't secure a timely appointment. When we reached the hospital, the doctor was available, but Shraddha failed to communicate and facilitate the appointment and when asked she said doctor is here only for meeting wherein I saw her meeting the patient but as she simply said no to us as today is no OPD for her. I requested her as parents are here only for weekend and now that we are here for followup, we can get her appointment too because she was right infront of me and I saw her taking patients. Poor coordination and communication. Hopefully, the doctor will look into this and improve the process for patients like us who are seeking urgent care.

Very bad experience. My daughter has ASD. doctor prescribed some medications which had alot of side effects. We are already facing challenges in day to day life. This is the second consecutive time we are facing issues with regards to contacting Doctor and getting her feedback. We stay in nasik. Before we travelled all the way from nasik as there was no response. This is the second time they have done this. The staff is not at all cooperative. Called multiple times, sent messages, sent email no response. Even had mentioned please take this on urgent basis but no response. Sorry to say but I won't be visiting the Doctor again. Please it's my request in future no parent or family of the patient should face this.
