I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ruchit. He is extremely kind, patient, and easy to talk to, which made discussing my gastro issues very comfortable. He explained everything clearly, addressed my concerns thoughtfully, and his treatment genuinely helped improve my condition. What stood out most was how approachable and responsive he was, even in urgent situations. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable and compassionate gastroenterologist.

Doctor listens to your problems, gives clear instructions. I found his approach satisfactory, he recommended better medicines which worked well. There was difficulty to get address because it's mentioned as Toyota showroom whereas it's Lexus showroom.

Really very Bad experience with this Doctor.I visited at Ramakrishna hospital OPD He was very Rude..as if he was checking the patient free of cost.Very Bad experience...He really doesn't know how to talk to patients nicely money minded Doc he is really . Tht also wrong treatment he gaved my mom I have lost my mom life just. coz of his wrong Diagnosis .Be careful & Alert everyone.who ever come a cross this Doc in Ramakrishna hospital vry worse treating in opd.

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Ruchit Patel. When he was unable to diagnose why I was having an issue with swallowing , he casually put the blame on my saying I am stressed and anxious because of which I am having swallowing issue. Moreover he gave me sleeping and anxiety pills. Eventually when I got the biopsy report, it clearly stated reflux esophagitis which explained my swallowing issue. And after so long of 4 months I have not even completely recovered on my condition after treatment from him. He does not explain condition clearly, is irresponsible and has a casual attitude towards patients. I do not recommend him.
