I have been consulting Dr. Pallavi Rathi, and my experience has been very positive. Skin conditions—especially those involving barrier damage or prior steroid use—take time and often require adjustments in treatment. Dr. Rathi explains expectations clearly and does not make false promises. The treatment plan, duration, and possible outcomes are discussed transparently. Waiting time on busy days like sat sun could be high so plan accordingly. On weekends I have seen there are lot of patients who are outside Mumbai. Her consultation and treatment charges to be much more reasonable compared to what I had been paying earlier to dermatologists in Bandra and Juhu. My treatment showed gradual but genuine improvement, which built confidence and trust. Every patient’s journey is different, but my experience with the doctor and the clinic has been professional, ethical, and reassuring. Highly highly recommended.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Pallavi Rathi. The doctor explained my skin problem clearly and suggested the right treatment. I saw improvement within a few weeks. The clinic is clean and well managed.

Worst experience ever! The doctor is always so busy first of all, and i honestly don't know for what. Even after getting an appointment, I had to wait for 2 hours. Plus the fees is so high! Be prepared to literally burn your money at this clinic. Her consultation and revisit fees is more than other doctors and the skin care products or medicines that she suggests are also very expensive but of no use. The doctor, instead of giving something that would suit you, experiments and asks you to start using some new product every time you visit because the earlier one did not work on you. Your half money will get wasted in buying the products suggested. It has almost been 4-5 months ever since i had gone for my visit, despite of diligently following the skin care routine and medicines suggested by the doctor, there are literally 0 signs of improvement on my face. Instead it is getting worse. Please think a 100 times before going here and i would never suggest this if you want to save your money and improve your skin condition. Literally the opposite happens here. Doctors are supposed to identify the problem/concern and recommend a suitable product or medicine, not experiment on your face each time you visit. Never visiting here again.
