My experience with Dr. Meghana Toraskar was extremely disappointing. She was rude and snappy, and at one point told me to “keep quiet and listen.” While discussing facial hair concerns, she asked if I was married. When I questioned the relevance, she said she needed to know if I was taking contraceptives like an i-pill. I clarified that contraceptive use isn’t limited to married women, but was met with a strange look. The entire interaction felt judgmental and uncomfortable, and her bedside manner was very poor. Not sure why I’m paying so much money to consult with such unprofessional doctors. The staff and technician, however, were excellent. Khusboo, the manager, was incredibly supportive and helped smooth things over - kudos to her.

The facial treatment by Ms. Vidhi Panchal was done very professionally, and I’ve already noticed visible improvements in my skin. The staff was courteous and the overall experience was smooth. I have been an old customer of Kaya, but I have been staying out of India for couple of years and I recently booked 2-3 appointments from them, Delhi one was very good. But I had very experience at the Mumbai ones. First, Bandra one is closed & the hoardings and all are still there, I was told to connect to their central number and they referred me to the Matunga branch, after repeated calls, they couldn’t confirm with an appointment , also didn’t receive the calls. Yes, we always get good results from the treatments but you should be aware that there are plenty of options available now and that’s why you should know how to deal with customers & how to retain the old customers.
