Dr. Farida Modi was once someone I trusted completely, but this incident destroyed that trust. Even after clearly informing both Dr. Modi and her assistant about my allergy, I was prescribed a serum that caused a painful and visible reaction. When I returned to show the reaction, Dr. Modi did not bother to see me at all and I was simply pushed to her assistant, as if my situation did not matter. There was no empathy, no responsibility, and no seriousness shown toward the harm caused. Being ignored after suffering a reaction due to a prescribed product was extremely distressing and unacceptable. I left feeling dismissed, unheard, and deeply disappointed. I would not recommend her based on this experience.

Very disappointed about the front desk approach in the clinic. My appointment was taken a month earlier, being a doctor I adjusted my own patients, travelled 40 mins to reach the clinic just to find out she wasn’t there. There was no sense of responsibility or regret in any of the multiple front desk staff sitting there. One of them was rude and trying to justify not texting me about it. She showed me a missed call which I said is quite possible to miss because of my work commitment but personally I feel the onus of responsibility for such things should also lie with the doctor in charge. Derma care is good here but irrespective not a welcome scene for even the satisfied customers. I don’t think I would want to waste any more time going here again.

I recently visited Derma Care Clinic and had a party facial and honestly, the experience was amazing. My skin felt instantly fresh, glowing, and well taken care of. A special mention to Heena, the therapist who did my facial, she was extremely gentle, professional and made me feel very comfortable throughout the session. She explained everything nicely and took great care of my skin. Overall, it was a very relaxing and satisfying experience.
