I had visited Dr. Manali's clinic for my wisdom tooth treatment, and it turned out to be one of the best and comfortable dental experiences I have ever had. She explained everything clearly, empathized with my pain and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. What I appreciated was that she did not suggest any unnecessary procedures. She enquired about my allergies and immediately recommended a treatment that suited me best. For me the most important thing was to understand exactly what the problem was and what treatment options I had. She explained everything with complete transparency and that built a lot of trust...which is rare to find these days. The clinic itself is clean and tidy. Although I speak Hindi and English, I feel that her knowing Marathi would be a big comfort for patients who are more comfortable in that language. The staff also was very courteous.
