Dr. Abbas is truly a wonderful human being before being a doctor. I had consulted three dentists for my mother, and all of them immediately recommended a root canal. However, when Dr. Abbas examined her, he advised a simple tooth removal instead — a treatment that was both appropriate and would give her immediate relief. His honest approach saved my mother from an unnecessary and expensive root canal procedure. We genuinely appreciate his integrity, clarity, and patient-first attitude. Highly recommended!

Dr. Abbas did my wisdom teeth extraction. He is very warm and friendly, he explained the procedure to me in detail which made me feel reassured and less scared as it was my first ever dental appointment. My search for a good dentist ended since I had my first consultation with Dr.Abbas... I have always been scared of visiting dentist but Dr.Abbas's polite nature and professionalism made it comfortable for me.... I would highly recommend him..!!! Extremely professional, transparent in sharing the treatment details,polite and respects the concerns of his clients on priority.. He is blessed with Shifa in his hands.. i didn't even realise how my root canal was done ... Alhamdulillah!!! I recently visited him for a wisdom tooth extraction, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The procedure was completely painless and done with great care and precision. What stood out most was how attentive he was and how he patiently responded to all my concerns, and made sure to follow up until I was at complete ease. I waited three weeks for my appointment, but that’s only because he’s the only dentist I trust with my teeth, and the wait was absolutely worth it. Doc is professional, gentle, and genuinely cares about his patient’s comfort and recovery. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist!

This review is written by the patient herself and is a more thorough review of a previous review written by the patient's parent. I went for aligner treatment which we took on after discussing if the treatment would be possible long distance which we were assured is possible and has also been done from places like the US. I understand mentioning Lucknow instead of UAE made it easy to assume we would be able to visit every month for which we could take the responsibility for. However my concern is after the first treatment failed which resulted in my lower teeth resting in an uncomfortable position, we were told this was due to us telling not to touch the lower teeth (which we never told) and were offered another treatment for it. We could have been told this was due to infrequency of visits but were instead offered another treatment this time knowing the full picture. We were also told that if we face any issue he could help through video call or have a friend dentist in UAE help us. However after giving us the whole set altogether whenever we faced any issue he'd say what can I do from India. To make this review fair I have reviewed other general aspects of the dental clinic as well. Hygiene: The hygiene is good but can be improved. The clinic and tools is pretty much hygienic however there would be times the dentist would operate without gloves but would wash his hands thoroughly before. I'd still say the hygiene is good but it would be more comfortable for his patients if he wears gloves at all times. Neatness in procedure: When the dentist had to remove my teeth buttons, the procedure was very violent and he would switch between various tools trying to take the buttons out. This resulted in few of my teeth getting shaved and feeling uneven. However these aren't visible but do feel off in my mouth. Overall result: I came in with teeth slightly in the front and by the end of the treatment my teeth are a bit uneven, still slightly in the front and now I cannot rest my chin without my lower teeth hurting my upper teeth. I wish I could turn back time and not come here. This review is not to be taken as an attack to degrade the clinic but rather for it to learn from my experience as not to have anyone else go through the same thing again. Edit: For clarity, we initially mentioned being from Lucknow instead of the UAE as many increase the price hearing 'Dubai', but the treatment itself was exactly as I described. To avoid any misunderstanding, I have attached images that show I received two separate sets of aligners and that buttons were applied and later removed.
