They book us for 2pm, made us wait for 15 mins then took full payment , made us wait until 4pm again, they said the doctor will be out from OT by then, kept saying it will take 15 mins until the doctor arrives until 7pm. It's very concerning to me if a hospital has liars working in it, also they constantly keep ignoring the patients and keep giving false promises so that the patient doesn't leave. I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO COME HERE. I'd like to mention names of the people who attended us for everyone to know, however I wasn't able to get their names out (they weren't revealing) except for the front desk lady on Floor 2 - Pooja. I was later told the person responsible for all the mismanagement and misinformation is called Manoj. Kindly advise anyone going to this hospital to be aware of these negligence issues, ignorant staff, irresponsible staff, it takes away from all that the Doctors have to offer, they don't compensate you for the hours you have lost in any way.

I was fully satisfied with the Surgery, post operative care in ICU was excellent, beyond expectation. Every one, from security guard to Lift men to ward boys, nursing staff technicians and Doctors were always very polite. Skill of Doctors was top class. Once I came back home, I requested for a Physiotherapist for home visit and Dr. Kajal was identified for me. I availed her services for over 15 days and found her to be very sincere knowledgeable and having keen interest in her work and that it should benefit me and it did. Kudos to Team Asian Heart. Asian Heart Institute is a boon to Mumbai, Mumbai and Mumbaikars are blessed to have Doctors like Hon. Doctor. Ramakant Panda, Doctor Tilak Suvarna, Doctor Santosh kumar Dora, all of them are God sent angels. The hospital is neat clean and hygienic, the security is good, the staff is helpful and warm, Radiologist Dr. Ganesh and his staff are extremely helpful and loving. It's the best hospital in India for Cardiac Care, one should not think of any where else except Asian Heart Institute. Doctor Ramakant Panda has solution to any and every problem related to Heart.
