I have flatfoot problem and they were asked to give soft silicone insole + medial arch, they gave only silicone insole. This did not cure my problem. Before this,they asked us to buy two shoes( for home and outside) , we bought the shoes and it was overpriced, they fixed the arches but it did not serve my purpose. Due to the hard sole of the shoe and the arch which they made my leg problem increased. Before buying we sent them the pictures which they approved of. After fixing the arch and everything my leg problem increased. Then why did not they tell us beforehand when we sent them the pictures?? After discarding this shoe they insisted on buying the silicone insole and they did not provide the medial arch with silicone insole. They charged so much of money excluding the price of the two shoes. Also for the home shoe they did not make proper arch. Please do not opt for this shop , it's a complete sham with complete business minded people. They do not have proper knowledge and skill , please be beware.
