Hospital is very good .Staff behaviour is also good . Here Doctors and some assistance are really experience nd well behave with patients .Specially Namita ma’am very polite and cooperate.
Very good experience I have got from this 100+ years old hospital, i like maintenance, cleanliness and services. They also maintain hygiene. I booked ac ward room no. 112 in this hospital. The doctor is very friendly and supportive, the staff members are very good and of helping nature. Nurses are good and take care goodly . Hence I am very happy of this services.
Behavior of the management and doctor, all staff members is excellent. Namita ma'm is particularly cooperative and supportive. The hospital provides very good service, which are highly appreciable
The hospital is good for middle class people. The staff behaviour is very well especially in HDU section. Doctors are experienced and their behaviour are very kind to patient party. However the cleanliness and hygiene is not satisfactory in Special cabic unit. The nurses are not attending on time or listen to patient as well. This should be checked
The negligence we experienced at this hospital is deeply disturbing. My grandfather was admitted to the AC ward, which is supposed to provide dedicated nursing care. In reality, the nurses were rarely present and consistently unresponsive to our concerns. The blood pressure machine they used was malfunctioning, the humidifier had no water, and there was a complete lack of attentiveness to the patient’s condition. Despite being on an oxygen mask, my grandfather was given food orally. The food entered his windpipe instead of the food pipe, a serious and entirely avoidable mistake. His condition deteriorated rapidly after this, and he was shifted to the ICU and put on a ventilator. He passed away later that night, within just 15 hours of being admitted. I am devastated by his loss and carry deep regret for choosing this hospital over another. I had spoken to him only hours earlier and firmly believe that this situation would not have occurred had the nursing staff been responsible and vigilant. As I left the hospital, I promised myself that this would be my last visit—and that no other member of my family would ever be brought here again.
