Took consultancy from this doctor 100 days before for my knee pain, and maintained all medicine for 90 days course, spent more than 4000 rs. for test and medicine. Oh oh!! Nothing feel better than till date. So everybody should carefull for his time and cost.
Very bad experience after taking online appointment through suraksha dunlop...coming from a long distance to Suraksha dunlop for check up after getting his appointment twice. He refused to check up both times showing different reason. He is not at all bothered about his patient.Very Bad management
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share a deeply distressing incident involving my mother, who is a bedridden patient in a very serious condition. Today, I scheduled an appointment with you by calling your PA, Olivia. During the call, I clearly mentioned several times that my mother is bedridden and unable to climb stairs. In the past, during visits to Suraksha Dunlop, you have always kindly come downstairs to see her, as the lift there is too small to accommodate a stretcher. Olivia assured me that she would handle the situation and asked us to come at 5:30 PM. Trusting her assurance, I arranged for an ambulance and brought my mother to the clinic. After waiting for over an hour and fifteen minutes, I called Olivia again to request priority assistance once you arrived. To my shock, she completely dismissed my request. She stated that she receives over 100 calls a day and doesn’t bother to remember who mentions bedridden patients. Her tone was extremely rude, and she flatly refused to provide any assistance. Despite my repeated requests, Suraksha did not offer a stretcher or even a wheelchair for my mother. She insisted my mother climb the stairs, which was not possible given her condition. After waiting for over an hour and fifteen minutes, we were left with no choice but to return home, as my mother could no longer sit in the ambulance for an extended period. We traveled a long distance with full trust in you, as my mother has been your patient for over 10 years. You always used to refer to her affectionately as "Maa," which added to our faith in your care. However, the behavior we encountered from your staff, particularly Olivia, and the lack of support from the clinic has shattered that trust. My mother has now decided not to visit you again, feeling deeply hurt and disrespected. For you, this might mean losing one patient’s fee, but it is far more than that—it is the loss of a patient’s trust, love, and blessings.
