Today 1st time visited the gastro hospital and was treated by Dr. Kiran. I had been suffering from digestion and gas-related issues, and Dr. Kiran listened to my problems patiently and explained everything very clearly. His treatment was effective and I felt much better soon after. He is professional, kind, and genuinely cares about his patients. I’m very thankful for his guidance and would highly recommend him to anyone facing gastric issues.
Dr Kiran explained well on process and procedure for gall bladder pain. He was quite patient with us answering every question and ensure all our doubts were cleared. Gave clear picture of treatment to be taken and what is path forward. Strongly recommend him. It was first time. He was infact referred by our family doc.
Very disappointing experience. The doctor was not on time and made us wait for more than 90 minutes even though the patient was in pain. The staff showed no concern at all. Especially the receptionist, showed too much attitude, and spoke in a rough and unprofessional manner. There was no proper communication or respect toward patients. Extremely dissatisfied with the way they treat people totally irresponsible and careless management. Would never recommend this clinic to anyone.
It was great experience with the doctor the doctor was very patience and very calm and the stuff was very Friendly and the clinic was very clean whatever I had concern about me it was resolved eventually after met with the doctor kiran thank you
