The hospital is truly amazing and has a very caring atmosphere. The registration fee is reasonable, ranging between ₹300–₹400 depending on the case. They offer all types of eye surgeries — from cataract to cornea, retina, glaucoma, and more — with the latest facilities. The operation theatres are newly built, and the patient wards have beautiful glass walls with scenic views, making the stay peaceful and pleasant. What touched me most is that they also provide affordable treatment for those who cannot manage even the minimum cost, yet the quality of care remains excellent. The nursing staff is warm, polite, and genuinely compassionate, treating patients with love and respect. You can clearly see that the hospital’s main goal is to serve people rather than chase profits. From the moment I arrived until the time I left, I felt cared for and valued. Truly a place where service comes from the heart.

I had an excellent experience at Sadhuram Eye Hospital. Dr. Sweety G. Tiple, Oculoplasty Surgeon, provided outstanding care and professional treatment throughout my visit. The medical counselor Renuka was very supportive and guided me clearly through the entire process. Receptionist Bharathi was polite, helpful, and ensured everything was handled smoothly. Overall, the hospital staff provided excellent service and made the experience very comfortable and satisfying.

We visited Sadhuram Eye Hospital for my father’s cataract treatment, and overall, the experience was fair and good. The process started with a ₹200 registration, followed by a thorough initial check-up. Since my father has diabetes and high BP, we were advised to get a fitness letter from a neurophysician. After that, a few tests like blood and ECG were recommended, costing around ₹1580. Once the reports were reviewed, we moved ahead with eye scanning and were then given detailed counselling about surgery packages – with and without insurance. The surgery date was fixed based on our choice. The first eye surgery (right eye) was completed between 8 AM and 2 PM as scheduled. The next day, the eye patch was removed, and post-op instructions for eye drops were provided. Vision improved by about 90% in that eye, and based on the doctor’s advice, we did the second eye surgery (left eye) after 15 days. Both procedures were completed within a month. The only drawback was the long waiting time, especially during the initial check-up and follow-ups, as the hospital sees a large number of patients. That said, the staff is cooperative and well-trained, and the treatment is handled professionally. It’s a cost-effective option compared to private eye hospitals, and we are overall satisfied with the care received.

Worst hospital experience ever. The management is extremely poor and unprofessional. Patients are not treated properly, and there is no coordination at all. Even the employees here look very stressed and unhappy — the staff themselves are very troubled and frustrated. This clearly reflects bad management and a toxic work environment. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone
