When I brought this up, the store manager denied it and asked for a written note from another store, which I got and showed him. He then said it was my delusion and misconception. The staff's response was unhelpful, especially when I mentioned traveling and needed assistance. There was no response from the store after repeated calls. I consulted Continental Hospital to verify the error, and they confirmed the correct prescription matching my earlier records. I request a thorough investigation and action to prevent such incidents. I'd appreciate your attention to improving patient care and service standards.

This delay of more than four hours is highly unacceptable and reflects poor appointment management and patient handling.
