I was diagnosed with inguinal hernia and appendicitis and was referred to Dr Vimalakar by another excellent Dr. Sudesh patil, internal medicine, KIMS SUNSHINE Larer on i underwent a laparoscopic appendectomy and inguinal hernia performed by Dr. Vimalakar and his excellence team, and I cannot express my gratitude enough. From the first consultation, Dr. Vimalakar was highly professional and eased my initial anxiety. I had several doubts, but the simultaneous surgeries of both hernia and appendicitis were flawless, utilizing minimally invasive techniques which resulted in only small incisions. I was able to walk on the 2nd day of the surgeries. The care I received during my brief stay in KIMS SUNSHINE was exceptional. The nursing staff and the entire team were attentive, kind, and ensured I was comfortable at all times. The recovery process was much smoother than I expected, with minimal pain, and I was able to go home within 2 Days post-surgery. I followed the post-operative instructions carefully, and I've experienced a significant and speedy recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Vimalakar to anyone needing laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Vimalakar garu, I firstly would say " The God father to give me a rebirth- Yes I mean it from bottom of my heart ❤️.. ". I would love to share my journey with Dr garu during my surgery and post care as well. Dates 2 months back where I was 1st referred to Dr. Vimalakar garu, with my reports stating Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumor, followed by series of blood tests and biopsy the results showed its non malignant tumor on pancreas, upon close study for 45 days , doctor said surgery is inevitable due to pancreas being completely dead as no insulin was produced. On jan 8 2026 I got admitted and underwent a 11 hour complicated surgery, and was under able supervision of Dr Vimalakar and his team. I was promised to be able to walk from day 2 of my hospitalization, and helped so. It's 23 days now that I'm under post operative care and am very happy with doctor approach and support. A heartfelt thanks to his team as well by name Dr Gourang Shroff, Dr. Gopal, Dr Jayanth, Dr. Raju, Dr . Dinesh, Dr. Manisha, Dr. Pavan, Dr. Sharath, who are yet guiding me for day to day ,min to min development in regaining my strength and well-being. Thanks to all again ♥️♥️♥️.
