My experience with Dr. Kartik Shah and his clinic was highly disappointing. The staff, especially the female front-desk team, were extremely unresponsive and rude — they don’t return calls, refuse to connect patients to the doctor, and show no concern even in urgent situations. The male staff are comparatively better and at least acknowledge patient needs.
As for the doctor, he comes across as disinterested and mechanical. A minor issue was mishandled to the point that it escalated, eventually requiring a surgical procedure under another specialist. Dr. Shah provides very limited explanation, prescribes strong medication without proper guidance, and shows little empathy or accountability.
He may have experience, but based on my case, I would not recommend him to anyone looking for responsible and attentive urological care
Excellent experiene while doing BPH with bladder clots. Operated on 28/10 and was in normal condition on 30/10. Dr. Kartik Shah, very friendly and took lot of pain in explaing Pre and Post Surgery. I was having trouble in urine for more than 5/6 years. I am relieved from all pain and stress. All the best Dr Kartik.
