My experience at Kaya was very bad. After the face laser treatment, I started getting even more hair on my face. The main doctor there didn't even talk to me properly, and I had paid for a 1 lakh package. The service is absolutely terrible, and the results are very, very bad. I recommend Skin n Smile Clinic in Paladi; Dr. Shadab is the best.
I had a facial done by Nikita and it was an amazing experience. My skin felt fresh, smooth, and glowing after the treatment. She is very professional, gentle, and clearly knows her work well. The facial was relaxing and done with great care. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend Nikita to anyone looking for a good facial.
My friend (harshida) has taken laser hair reduction session worth almost a lakh with the reference of her friend who has taken sessions from Kaya's jaipur branch but here at satellite branch the staff is very unprofessional and misleading for your session counting. They also cancel the appointment at very last minute, whenever you go you found that the therapist is not available they have taken extra booking because of that your session is just done for the formality,and now when she has done the complaint on their official mail id they didn't even think to respond to her complaint,this is what they're doing here to their customer.
I must say please don't go for laser hair reduction therapy with Satellite branch they don't care how much you are paying to them they just want to take money from you and giving the worst service.

I had a very disappointing experience with Kaya Skin Clinic.
All I asked was for the staff to check my phone number and tell me how many sessions I have pending. I did not ask for an appointment or any detailed consultation — just a simple session count.
Instead of helping, the staff kept arguing that their internet was not working. I even suggested a simple solution: since the database is unified, they could call another branch where the internet was working and check for me. Despite this, the person at the Satellite branch continued arguing and wasting my time rather than offering basic customer support.
Very unprofessional and unnecessarily difficult for such a simple request. Basic coordination and customer service were completely missing.
