I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the abysmal service and lack of professional conduct I experienced during my recent visit with my child.
My baby was distressed and crying due to discomfort, yet the doctor's priority appeared to be silencing the cries rather than conducting a thorough examination. It was shocking to witness such a perfunctory consultation, lasting barely five seconds. There was no proper inspection or attempt to understand the root cause of my child's discomfort before a prescription was hastily written. This blatant disregard for proper diagnostic procedure is not only unprofessional but also deeply concerning when it pertains to a child's health.
The entire interaction felt transactional and rushed, with the doctor seemingly focused solely on collecting the fee and ushering in the next patient. This level of expediency, at the expense of patient care, is completely unacceptable.
I strongly advise against consulting this particular doctor. My experience leads me to believe that the numerous five-star ratings are entirely fabricated, likely by individuals associated with the practice, and do not reflect the genuine quality of care provided. It is evident that the primary motivation here is financial gain, not the well-being of the patients, especially vulnerable children. I urge anyone seeking medical attention for their child to seek out a different healthcare provider.
Worst doctor! Today i took my daughter as she was having fever for 3 days, he told me to do some test in their pathology center after wait for an hour, we received the reports - reports did show a platelet count of 31,000 and he suggested to get my daughter admitted immediately or else she might bleed internally . We decided to get the test done once again but not in his hospital and to a pathology center outside and reports came to our wonder, it had platelet count of 2,07,000 which is normal!
How can we even trust any doctor it comes to my wonder! Please do not blindly trust such reports or doctors.

Other reviews which say that the doctor does not give time for consulting are fake. This is one of the best children’s hospitals in Ahmedabad, our child was admitted for a few days due to pneumonia, and it was a stressful time for us. Dr. Viral Gandhi took very good care of him and explained everything clearly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was supportive and kind throughout our stay. We are truly thankful for the care and facilities provided. My son enjoyed the little stickers and gifts you gave to him.
