My recent experience with the front desk team was quite disappointing. During my first visit, I specifically asked the reception whether I needed an appointment to return and show the reports. They clearly told me no appointment was required. Based on that information, I visited the clinic again on 8th December — this time without my child, only to show the reports. But when I reached, the same staff informed me that I actually needed an appointment and would now have to wait. Because of this miscommunication, I ended up waiting for almost 3 hours, which could have been completely avoided if the reception team had provided accurate guidance from the start. I want to clearly acknowledge that Dr. Vaibhav Shah is an excellent doctor — knowledgeable, patient, and very supportive. My respect for him remains unchanged. The issue is only with the front desk management. They need to be more consistent, responsible, and clear when giving instructions. Wrong information wastes time and causes unnecessary frustration for patients. Better communication from the reception team would significantly improve the overall experience.

My child treatment was done by doctor Vaibhav sir and with the grace of almighty my dauter treatment was done by you and we got very satisfied response from you in every situation whenever we are in trouble you had always supported as and motivated as we feel like you are a best of best doctor and I can proudly say that you will be the best of best doctor in future our prayers our always there with you sir! Ok so letme clear that the review is not for the doctor (he is an amazing doctor), its for the reception team. Firstly, I would like to thank Mr. Vaibhav Shah as he was agreed to see my child on urgent basis, instead of having a full pack day. So we were given appointment for 4.30 PM and as we reached there we were informed that it will take approximately 1.5 hour to 2 hours more than the scheduled appointment to see our child. Since my child is only 3 months old it gets very difficult to sit and wait outside because infant has their own mood swings. I am disappointed with the fact that I was not informed about the delay prior and we were asked to wait, the team should call the patient and should inform them about the delay so that they can come accordingly. When I questioned this to the receptionist, she was rude and told me to speak to the doctor instead!!! Like really!!!! You want me to talk to the doctor directly when its your duty to manage the patients outside… Then the time comes when my baby cries and I was given an empty doctors cabin to breastfeed him. There was no dustbin in the cabin so I packed the dirty diaper and kept it aside. But to my shock, the receptionist asked me to go downstairs to throw the diaper in the dustbin!!! They very rudely said kids diapers are not allowed to throw here..If the kids are allowed to visit then why not the diapers…The parents are already in stress about the kid’s condition and instead of emphasising you are asking them to go all the way down to throw a diaper. Again when I questioned this they asked me to talk to the doctor directly if he can allow to keep dustbin. You want me to talk to the doctor who is already busy with back to back appointments, really disappointed, Both the things could have been easily avoided if the reception team could have done their job properly.
