I am businessman i brought my mother to Dr. Nirmal Shah on Saturday evening at Cardinova heart care for cardiac symptoms. Since we had come from Modasa, we requested if angiography could be done early. Dr. Shah was very understanding and arranged it on Sunday morning.

I got to know Dr. Nirmal Shah in december2025 when my brother who was on holiday in Ahmedabad from Canada got a sudden heart attack at 2 in the night/early morning. I first consulted Dr. Nirmal Shah in August for my mother, as she had been experiencing chest pain for a few days. Before meeting him, we had already consulted other cardiologists, but we decided to take his opinion as well.
During the first visit, sir carefully reviewed her condition, advised some basic tests, and prescribed medicines. He explained everything to us in a very simple and clear way.
In mid-February, my mother again experienced similar chest pain, so we visited him again. After reviewing the situation, he strongly recommended that we go for an angiography. His judgment was absolutely right. The angiography showed around 70% blockage between the LM and LAD, which are two of the main arteries of the heart.
To understand the blockage more accurately, he suggested doing Intravascular Ultrasound. This procedure provides very precise information about the blockage and helps determine the correct treatment and stent sizing if needed.
After reviewing the IVUS results, Dr. Nirmal Shah clearly told us that a stent was not required, and that the condition could be managed effectively with medication. This honesty and clarity gave us a lot of confidence.
