My mom had a cataract in both eyes and I was worried about having the procedure during the COVID-19 Pandemic. To add to that, mom was worried about the surgery and she was not very keen on doing the procedure. We met one surgeon in Mulund and a friend recommended Dr. Ronak Solanki's Neoclarity Eye and Dental Care in Byculla. Even though it was in Byculla, I decided to take mom there as I trusted my friend. I was immediately happy with this decision as in the first meeting, Dr. Ronak put my mom's worries at ease. The way he spoke to her and reassured her was incredible. Truly a doctor who cares about his patients and goes to great efforts to put them at ease. It was also evident that he took safety seriously as he allowed one patient in his clinic at the time for consultation. With the OT conveniently situated next door. during the procedure, there was nobody else at the clinic. The clinic was also sanitized at regular intervals. My mom went for the procedure with full confidence in Dr. Ronak. I am grateful to him and his team for all the efforts they took. Mom's vision is now restored completely and she is happy. I would certainly recommend Neoclarity to anyone who wants assurance of quality service, professionalism and safety, especially during the current pandemic.
