My mother for admitted in hospital under him for surgery. He did not bother to visit her hospital before surgery inspite of being admitted under him. Only his assistants attended her before surgery and were giving report and taking instructions on phone. Post surgery he paid a short visit after I raised the issue with family physician who had referred us to him.

I went to Dr dhawan for an issue and what I realised that the approach lacks preventive care and more focused on medicines. I found a few other gastro more inclined towards a balance of meds and lifestyle changes. So I stopped visiting. Also found him more focused on making money than healing which is a disappointment.

While his treatment is competent & efficient, he does lack transparency in quoting his fees & charges, which lead to the impression that he is trying to pull a fast one on his patients at the time of billing.

Extremely competent Doctor but very shoddy in time management. Keeps patients waiting for endlessly. Has no respect for others time. Extremely shoddy and support person at BCH. Gives out of turn appointments even if you are the first patient in the list of patients.

Very good Doctor Quick Response gives the best Solutions also he provide In detail knowledge about the treatment, answer tremendous queries you raise also i observe Money does not matter to him he always says Life is important. My esophagus tumor/ surgery was very complicated (STER) they took almost 6-8 hours but he charged very minimal and given a strong hope to my family, he took out the time from his busy schedule and visited as and when required to check improvements. I am very lucky to get an experience and Pro doctor. We are Thankful to sir and his team Breach candy for my second birth ...Thanks a ton sir
